Juicing Recipes

Happy Monday!  Hope everyone enjoyed some BBQ’s, fireworks and family and friends this weekend!

Since I love juicing and feel so much more energized and just plain healthy when I have a homemade juice everyday, I thought I would share one of my favorite juicing recipes!

Just Beet It:

2 cups kale (stem removed)

2 cups spinach

1-cup romaine

1-cup celery

2 small cucumbers

½ -1 beet (cooked)

Couple leaves of parsley

¼ lemon

1 Tbsp. ginger

If you want more of a sweeter taste, add a few slices of apple or pineapple and you will sweeten the juice up!
